Recipe Introduction
My Notes: This recipe was given to me before the advent of food processors, which I now use to chop veggies. I also use lowfat Neufchatel cheese. The spread is also great as a sandwich filling.
List of Ingredients
1 pkg. cream cheese, softened
1-2 carrots
1/4 onion
6-8 green olives
6-8 black olives
1/2 cucumber
Recipe
Chop all vegetables very fine and blend well in bowl with softened cream cheese.
Chill several hours. Serve with crackers.
Serves 6-8.
