SCALLOPED PINEAPPLE

2 - 20 oz cans crushed pineapple
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup white sugar
2 Tablespoons cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Recipe
Mix all ingredients together and bake in
a buttered, shallow 8x8-inch casserole,
uncovered, at 350 degrees for 50 min.
Serves 6-8.
This is a wonderful Easter side dish for all
ages! Originally printed in the Dowling High
