(Use any desired filling, and 60 pkgd. won ton wrappers)
Put 1 wrapper on a lightly floured surface, mound 1 TBS. filling in center & brush edges with water. Put a second wrapper over the first, pressing down around filling to force out air. Seal edges well & trim excess dough with pastry cutter, serrated knife or fork times. Make rest of ravioli in same manner, transferring as they're formed onto dry kitchen towel, and turn them occasionally to let dry slightly.
Bring kettle of salted water to a gentle boil and in it cook ravioli in batches for 2 min. or til they rise to the surface and are tender. (Don't boil too vigorously) Transfer with slotted spoon to a dry kitchen towel or paper towes to drain; keep warm. Serve with any desired sauce.
Makes 30 ravioli.
