3-4 c. cooked rice
1-2 c. milk
1-4 tsp. vanilla
5-6 eggs
1/4 lb. butter
Sugar (to your taste)Recipe
Put rice in large casserole. Mix in other ingredients. Stir well and put into preheated 350�F oven for about 40 minutes. (The more milk used, the better the pudding will hold moisture til the next day.) Yields 8-10 servings.
