3-4 c. cooked rice
1-2 c. milk
1-4 tsp. vanilla
5-6 eggs
1/4 lb. butter
Sugar (to your taste)
Recipe
Put rice in large casserole. Mix in other ingredients. Stir well and put into preheated 350ºF oven for about 40 minutes. (The more milk used, the better the pudding will hold moisture til the next day.) Yields 8-10 servings.
