1 tbls. red wine, or balsamic vinegar
2 tbls. fresh lime juice
1/2 t Dijon mustard
1 tsp. pureed Chipotles
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
5 tbls. olive oil

Recipe



Combine the vinegar and lime juice in a small bowl. Whisk in the mustard, Chipotle Puree, garlic and salt. Slowly whisk in the oil to emulsify.
