    RALPH & KACOO'S TARTAR SAUCE

    From the restaurant in Baton Rouge, LA
    1 1/4 cup onion, chopped
    2 3/4 cup celery, chopped
    1 cup dill pickle relish
    3 cups Hellman's mayonnaise

    Drain juices from onion, celery, and relish. Combine with mayonnaise. Chill several hours before serving.
