Grilled Curried Pineapple

- 1 medium pineapple
- 1 T. margarine or butter, melted
- 1 T. packed brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp. curry powder
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 2 T. toasted coconut
Instructions
- Cut pineapple crosswise into six 3/4 inch think slices. Stir together margarine, brown sugar, and curry powder.
- Grill pineapple slices on an uncovered grill directly over medium coals for 6-8 minutes or until heated through, turning once and brushing once or twice with margarine mixture.
- To serve, cut slices in half. Serve warm topped with yogurt and coconut.
