Frozen Chocolate Mousse Squares

1. Combine 1 cup Oreo Baking Crumbs with 1/4 cup melted butter. Press onto bottom of a 9-inch square pan lined with foil.
2. Beat 2 tubs (250 g each) Philadelphia Spreadable Cream Cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in 1 can (300 mL) sweetened condensed milk and 4 squares melted Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate. Mix well.
3. Fold in 1 cup thawed Cool Whip Topping. Spoon over crust. Freeze until firm. Remove from freezer 15 minutes. before serving.
Note: To make chocolate curls, microwave a square of chocolate on DEFROST for 1 minute. Hold between thumb and fingers and then draw a vegetable peeler slowly over the flat bottom of the square.
