Individual Frozen Lime Cups

24 vanilla wafers
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. sifted powdered sugar
2 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. grated lime rind
1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
1/2 c. frozen whipped topping, thawed
Recipe
Line 6 muffin cups with paper baking cups; place 1 vanilla wafer in bottom of each cup.
Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth. Stir in milk, lime rind, and juice. Fold in whipped topping; spoon into baking cups. Stand 3 vanilla wafers around edge of each cup. Freeze until firm.
