Claremont Salad

List of Ingredients
- 2 cucumbers
- 1-1/2 cups carrots
- 1/2 head cabbage
- 1 onion
- 1 diced pepper
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1/2 cup salad oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
Instructions
- Cut vegetables into slices. Cut cabbage into bite sized pieces. Set aside.
- Combine other ingredients, stirring well. Add all vegetables and toss to mix liquid thoroughly. Marinate at least 24 hours, stirring occasionally.
