Milk Free Cereal Mixture
One has limited access to dairy products due to their quick and easy spoilage, although you get canned milk. For those that are lactose intolerant or have no milk for their cereal one can substitute with liquids like Fruit Juice or a can of Fruit cocktail. The following is an example recipe and is more for someone with a sweet tooth, although you can use other cereals.
List of Ingredients
- 2 cups frosted Cheerios (needed)
- 1 Banana (needed)
- 4 Stawberries or other 'tarty' sliced fruit (needed)
- 1 5oz tin Del Monte 'Double cherry' or other fruit cocktail (needed)
Instructions
- Put cereal in a bowl, add sliced bananas and sliced strawberries or other fresh or canned fruit.
- Open a single serving fruit cocktail can and dump it into the cereal instead of milk.
- Mix thoroughly to moisten the cereal and enjoy!
