Tuna Macaroni Salad
A great way to eat macaroni when you get fed up with eating Kraft dinner, best when served cold. Not only do you get a meal, you also get a good sandwich filler and BONUS extra Kraft Cheese powder for use as a spice in other recipes that call for cheese ingredients or a cheese flavour!
List of Ingredients
- 1 box Kraft dinner (needed)[or Leftover Dinner for 2 see recipe]
- 1 can peas (needed)
- 1/3 cup Mayo (eggs needed)
- 1 stalk celery
- Salt, pepper, onion powder to taste (needed)
Instructions
- Cook and drain macaroni put in a medium bowl. (or drain Leftover Macaroni soup - see recipe in Dinnerfor2)
- Add 1 can of peas (not necessary in Macaroni soup since this is already present)
- Finely chop 1 celery stalk and to macaroni.
- Add mayo (see recipe)
- Mix well and serve as a salad, or use as a filler for making an extended amount of Tuna sandwiches.
Final Comments
Other veggies can be added to this including chopped onions if available
