    Gazpacho Soup

    List of Ingredients




    1 large tin Del Monte Stewed Tomatos (or other brand from your food bank).
    Various other ingredients
    Green pepper
    Fresh tomato
    Cucumbers
    Chili pepper
    Chili sauce
    Green Onions

    Recipe



    Open tin, pour contents in a blender.
    Turn blender on high.

    Refrigerate and pour into chilled bowls before serving
    (for those of you who do not know Gazpacho is served COLD).

    Optionally you may add other ingredients that you received from the food bank such as Onions, Green peppers, Cucumbers. Most Gazpacho recipes call for diced cucumbers, and fresh tomatos, some chili peppers, some cumin, or cilantro etc. etc. to make this cold soup.

    You are only limited by the types of foods you receive from your food bank. You might want to add pepper relish, onion salt, hot pepper sauce etc.

    Gazpacho, like Borscht, is usually served with a dollop of sour cream. You can choose to use the unstirred portion of a fruit bottom yoghurt.
