Artichoke Cheese Dip in Bread Bowl
List of Ingredients
- 1 10 inch round Italian Bread
- 1 can artichokes (soup size)
- 1 cup sharp cheddar shredded
- 1 cup monterary jack shredded
- 1 cup mayo
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 onion chopped fine (about 1/2 cup)
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese (the good kind)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Hollow out the bread, (save the pieces for dipping)
- Chop the artichokes and Mix all ingredients together and put into bread.
- Put top back on bread. Wrap in foil
- bake for 1 1/2 hrs til done.
Final Comments
Can use plain tortilla chips for dipping too.
