Reuben Dip
REUBEN DIP
1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut,drained ( cut into small pieces)
1/4 cup sour cream
1 ( 4 oz.) cream cheese
1 (8 0z.) Swiss cheese, shredded
1 lb corn beef, cut up
Mix and heat. Serve on rye crackers or cocktail bread.
* You can also add Thousand Island Dressing
