    Yummy Dip

    1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 Knox envelope gelatin
    1/4 cup cold water
    1/2 cup finely chopped celery
    1/2 cup finely chopped green onion
    1 cup mayonnaise
    1 (4 - 6 oz.) can crabmeat
    1/4 tsp. curry powder

    Heat cream cheese and soup, stirring until smooth. Add gelatin to cold water and soften 5 minutes. Add gelatin mixture to soup mixture. Add celery, onion, mayonnaise, crabmeat and curry powder, mix well. Pour into 4 cup mold(spray mold with Pam before hand). Chill overnight. Unmold onto plate, you may garnish with parsley. Serve with crackers or vegetables.
