Poppy Seed Cake

List of Ingredients



• 1 can Solo poppy seed
  
• 1 Cup Butter
  
• 4 Eggs seperated
  
• 1 1/2 Cups sugar
  
• 1 tsp vanilla
  
• 1 Cup (1 pt) Sour Cream
  
• 2 1/4 Cup Flour
  
• 1 tsp Baking Soda
  






Instructions



1. Preheat Oven to 350 Grease and Flour a Tube Cake Pan or a Bundt Cake Pan
   
   
2. Cream butter. Add sugar. Mix Well add the sour cream and egg YOLKS Blend well.
   
   
3. Add the poppy seed and vanilla. Add the flour and Baking Soda
   
   
4. Beat the Egg Whites til stiff. Fold into cake
   
   
5. Bake for 1 hr and 10 min
   
   






Final Comments


This is a very moist cake.
