Chicken & Rice Casserole
CHICKEN & RICE CASSEROLE
1 stick of butter
1 cup uncooked rice (can be regular or minute rice)
1 can french onion soup
3/4 can water
salt & pepper
Preheat oven to 350°. Place butter in casserole dish and put in oven until melted. Add the rice, soup and water; mix well. Salt & pepper the chicken and place on top of rice mixture. Cook 1 hour.
If you want to put broccoli in it, add 1 pkg frozen, thawed, with the rice, soup and water.
