Tuna Noodle Casserole
List of Ingredients
- 12 oz egg noodles (Cooked)
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 - 3 Cups milk
- 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 bag frozen mixed veg. (Cooked)
- 2 cans tuna (drained)
Instructions
- Cook Noodles al dente
- Melt butter in a large pan. add onion. Cook til tender. Add the flour to make a roux. Stir in milk
1 cup at a time. Stir til sauce thickens. Add the cheese and garlic salt. Stir til melted.
- Add the cooked vegetables. cooked noodles and the tuna
Mix well.
- Pour into greased casserole and bake 350 for 20 min
