Pork Chops with Country Gravy

List of Ingredients
4 - 6 pork chops (any kind will do)
2 Cups coursly chopped onions
1/2 Cup milk
2 Tbsp flour (plus more to sprinkle on chops)
garlic pepper salt
1 1/2 cups beef broth
salt & pepper to tasteRecipe
Sprinkle pork chops with garlic pepper salt. Dust with flour.
Cook 3 min per side in 1 Tbsp oil. Remove from pan
Add 2 cups chopped onion, cook 4 - 5 min til soft. Add
1 1/2 Cups beef broth (either canned or made with water & boullion). Return chops to pan. Cover & cook 12 - 15 min.
In measuring cup mix milk with 2 Tbsp flour.
Remove chops from pan, stir in milk mixture and cook 2 - 3 min til thick. Pour gravy over chops.
