Baked Ziti with Velveeta
In large fry pan saute 1 lg chopped onion for 2 minutes
Add 1 1/2 lbs ground beef. Cook for 5 min. Add 3 cloves
chopped garlic, cook til meat is done. Drain off fat and
pour beef mixture into large pot. Add 1 can 14.5 oz
Contadina Pasta Ready Chunky Tomatoes with olive oil,
garlic and spices & 1 lg can crushed tomatoes. Then add
1 tsp It seasoning
1 tsp Garlic Salt
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp vinegar
1 Tbsp Sugar
Simmer for 1/2 hr.
Add 1 lb Velveeta stir til melted.
Add 1 lb cooked (Al Dente) Ziti
Mix Well
Pour into greased Casserole and Bake 350 for 35 min.
