Broccoli & Cheddar Dip
Broccoli & Cheddar Dip (Hot)
1 envelope Lipton Vegetable Recipe Soup Mix (or Mrs. Grass')
1 container (16 oz.) sour cream
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli or spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (about 4 oz.)
In a 1-quart casserole dish, combine vegetable recipe soup mix, sour cream, broccoli and 3/4 cup cheese until smooth. Top with remaining 1/4 cup cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Makes about 3 cups of dip. Serve with your favorite snack crackers
