Easy Cheesy Potatoes with Keilbasa
1 package frozen cubed hashbrowns
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded parm cheese
1 cup sour cream
1/2 small onion chopped
1 can cream of potato soup
1 Polish Kielbasa sausage sliced into coins
salt and pepper to taste
Mix all together and bake in a 350 degree preheated oven for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender and browned on top
