    Pickled Mustard Eggs

    Pickled Mustard Eggs

    12 hard boiled eggs(peeled)
    2 tablespoons yellow mustard(French's)
    1 cup sugar,2 cups vinegar
    1 tablespoon salt
    1 tablespoon celery seed
    1 tablespoon mustard seed
    2 onions(sliced)

    Simmer all ingredients except eggs and onions for 10 min.Put onions and eggs in a large container.Pour mixture over eggs and onions. If mixture is too strong add water. Cover and refrigerate over night.
