List of Ingredients
- 1 lg Turkey Carcus
- 2 Tbsp minced dried onion
- 4 ckn boullion cubes
- 2 tsp parsley (optional)
- 1/2 bunch of celery
- 1 lb of carrotts
- about 6 oz egg noodles (1/2 a bag)
- salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Fill large pot with water to cover turkey carcus.Boil for about 2 Hrs. (Ck to see if you need to add a little more water)
- Remove the bones and strain the broth. Return broth to the pot and add minced onion, ckn cubes, parsley carrotts and the celery (slice the celery from the top and use leaves and all)
- Fill the Add about 2 Cups of water, salt and pepper and cook 1 hr more.
- Take the turkey off the bones. Add the turkey and egg noodles. Cook about 10 to 20 min more until noodles are done.
Final Comments
If there is any leftovers, you can freeze it. Just allow a little room at top for expansion.
