    List of Ingredients

8 Baby Bok Choy (8 to 12) *see note
    1 cup Vegetable Broth, canned
    2 Garlic cloves, chopped fine
    2 tablespoons Oyster Sauce
    sesame Oil
Cilantro leaves or sprigs, for garnish

    Recipe

Heat vegetable broth and garlic in large sauté pan. When just beginning to boil, add bok choy to a steamer rack and cover. If you don't have a rack, add the bok choy to the broth. Steam for about 10 minutes, just until tender. Remove to a warm platter and reserve.

Add the oyster sauce to the remaining broth in the pan. Stir and simmer for about 2 minutes. Pour over the boy choy on the platter and serve immediately. Serves 4

    Notes:
    * depending on size and appetites (or use regular bok choy cut into quarters or eighths lengthwise depending on size)

Serve with drizzled Asian sesame oil, over Asian Green Rice and under the grilled sea bass
