List of Ingredients
1 black tea bag, *see Note
1/4 cup boiling water
3 tablespoons granulated sugar, or raw sugar
2 tablespoons dutch-process cocoa powder
2 cups skim milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
whipped cream
cinnamon sticks
Recipe
In a small saucepan pour boiling water over tea bag (I use orange pekoe). Cover. Let stand 3 to 5 minutes. Remove tea bag. Stir in sugar and cocoa. Cook and stir over medium heat just until mixture come to boiling. Stir in milk, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg; heat through. Do not boil. Pour into mugs. Top with whipped cream; add a cinnamon stick to each serving. Makes 2 servings.
Notes:
Tea Bag Such as: Pekoe, English Breakfast, Lapsang, Souchong, or Darjeeling

Nov/2010: Silk's PureAlmond Milk (or Soy) is a great sub for those who have issues with milk. If you use the vanilla almond milk or vanilla soy you may want to cut the vanilla down or out all together.
