Coffee Kahlúa Punch

List of Ingredients




6 cups hot brewed coffee
2 cups milk
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 cups kahlua or other coffee-flavored liqueur
1 quart vanilla ice cream
1 quart coffee ice cream
Garnish: shaved semisweet chocolate

Recipe



Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl; stir until sugar dissolves. Chill thoroughly. Pour chilled coffee mixture and Kahlúa into a punch bowl, stirring gently. Scoop ice creams into punch bowl. Garnish, if desired. Makes: 4.5 quarts.
