BREAD MACHINE: Pesto Bread

Recipe Introduction

Leftovers make for great "garlic" bread -- just toast under the broiler with a little olive oil brushed on.

List of Ingredients

1 cup warm water
1/4 cup pesto sauce
1 tsp lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
3 cups bread flour
1 package yeast


Recipe

Put all ingredients into machine, according to manufacturers directions. Set on White Bread setting and start! (Can be made on the timer cycle or even quick rise cycle, but remember to use Rapid Rise yeast for the latter) Bread is best when it is warm. Makes 1 loaf
