An all time favorite in our house!

List of Ingredients

3/4 cup potato water, room temp
3 tbsp soft butter
1 egg, brought to room temp
1/2 cup leftover mashed potatoes, warm or at room temp
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp dried chives, optional
Few sprinkles of freshly ground black pepper, optional
1/4 tsp kosher salt (1/4 to 1/2)
3 cups bread flour
1 package yeast


Recipe

Add all ingredients to your machine according to manufacture's instructions. Select White Bread Cycle and start. (Sweet bread cycle also works) This makes a wonderful sandwich bread, slices nicely. Makes a 1 1/2 pound loaf -- one very TALL loaf.
