Be creative and try a variety of fruits combined with juices.
List of Ingredients
3/4 cup skim milk
1/2 cup nonfat yogurt, any flavor
1 banana, ripe, peeled, and frozen
1/4 cup frozen, unsweetened fruit - use your favorite
1/4 cup orange juiceRecipe
Blend ingredients together in blender. Delicious! Serves 1
TO FREEZE BANANAS: Remove peel, cut in half, wrap each piece in plastic, and freeze. Never throw away over-ripe bananas. Always freeze them for breakfast shakes. Over-ripe bananas are very sweet. Toss in wheat germ, nuts or powdered milk for extra protein
