Great new twist on bacon!

List of Ingredients

12 slices thick Sliced Bacon, cut in half
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 Tbsp water
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper, opt



Recipe

Preheat oven to 375° F. Line a baking sheet with heavy-duty aluminum foil. Spray a wire rack with nonstick cooking spray; place on baking sheet. Cut bacon in half; arrange slices in a single layer on wire rack. Combine brown sugar, water and Cayenne pepper in a small bowl; mix well. Brush mixture generously over surface of bacon. Bake 30 minutes.
