    EGGS: Cheese and Egg Brunch Dish

    List of Ingredients

    12 Eggs
    20 slices of day old bread
    1 lb. Cheese Spread
    1/2 cup Butter
    2 cups Milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard

    Recipe

    Melt cheese and butter in the top of a double broiler. Trim off crusts. Cut each slice of bread into 4-5 pieces. Stir cut bread into melted cheese and butter. Beat remaining ingredients until frothy. Pour this mixture over bread and cheese in a 4 quart casserole dish. Store in the refrigerator for 24 hours or overnight. DO NOT STIR. Bake 1 hour at 300 degrees. Serves 15. Can be halved or doubled. Good anytime of day. Serve with fruit, toast and Braum's Honey.
