List of Ingredients




2 cups Bisquick
1/4 cup cooking oil (1/4 to 1/3 cup) *see Note
1 large egg
10 ounces club soda, *see Note

Mix together in a bowl bigger than you think you need because when you add the club soda it foams way up.

Stand by the waffle iron when you open it, with a butterfly net, because they will float up to the ceiling and are crisp and light. They make good ice cream sandwiches, too. They freeze well. I reheat them in the toaster oven, but you could do it in a skillet, too.

Dolly Notes: *I use the lesser amount. Works fine either way

I use the small bottle because it has to be fresh to work best and if you use it out of the big one, sometimes it has lost some of its fizz.
