Peanut Butter-Chocolate Chip Brownies

1 cup flour
1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/8 tsp. salt
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup peanut butter
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 large egg
1 large egg white

Recipe



1. Heat oven to 350º.

2. Coat bottom of an 8-inch square baking pan with cooking spray (do not coat sides).

3. Combine flour, chocolate chips, baking soda and salt in a bowl. Combine sugars and remaining ingredients in a bowl, stir until well blended. Add flour mixture, stirring just until blended. Spread batter in prepared pan.

4. Bake for 25 minutes or until brownies test done. Cool on a wire rack.
