This is just TOO easy! A favorite at BBQs and Potlucks.

List of Ingredients

1 package yellow cake mix, *see Note
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup peanut butter, creamy
2 large eggs
1 cup mini-chocolate chips (my addition)


Recipe

In large bowl, combine all ingredients and beat for 4 minutes at medium speed. Bake in greased and floured 12-cup Bundt pan at 350° for 40-45 minutes; turn out on wire rack or serving plate to complete cooling. Frost with chocolate frosting.


Lynda's Notes: 10/8/99 My twist on this recipe!.......use Jiff Chocolate Silk peanut butter & pour only 1/2 the batter into your bundt pan, then laid sliced bananas (2) on top & the rest of the batter. After it cools sprinkled w/ powdered sugar.- YUMMMMMY!

Also very good made with chocolate cake mix. I never frost -- it really doesn't need it.
