    List of Ingredients




    Crust:
    1 1/2 cups finely ground graham crackers
    1/4 cup sugar
    6 tablespoons butter, melted

    Filling:
    2 pounds cream cheese, softened
    2 cups sugar
    2 cups sour cream
    2 tablespoons vanilla extract
    6 eggs

    Recipe



    1. Preheat oven to 375°.

    2. Combine crust ingredients and mix well.

    3. Press firmly into greased and floured 10 by 3-inch spring form pan.

    4. Bake crust 6 to 9 minutes, or until edges are brown. Cool.

    5. Reduce temperature to 350°.

    6. With electric mixer, blend together cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, sour cream and eggs. Beat until creamy.

    7. Pour batter into a prebaked crust.

    8. Bake 1 hour. Turn off heat and open oven door slightly. Leave in oven 1 additional hour. Cool and refrigerate before serving.
