    DROP: Bailey's Chocolate Chip Cookies

    List of Ingredients

    1/2 cup butter
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 cup Bailey's Irish Cream
    2 1/4 cups cake flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 package chocolate chips (6 oz.)
    3/4 cup coconut flakes
    1/2 cup chopped pecans

    Recipe

    Cream butter and sugars until smooth. Add egg, vanilla and Baileys; blend well. Combine flour, baking soda and salt; add to mixture a little at a time, until thoroughly blended. Add chips, coconut and pecans. Drop by spoonful onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake in 375 degree oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 3 dozen 3" cookies.
