Chicken and Corn Hash

6 cups frozen hash brown potatoes, partially thawed
1/2 cup chopped onion
One (15 oz) can whole kernel corn, drained
3/4 cup chopped bell pepper
One can (4 oz) diced green chilies
One can (4 oz) mushroom stems and pieces, drained
One (10.50 oz) can reduced fat, low sodium cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup dry white wine (or you can use all water)
1 to 1 1/2 lbs skinless, boneless chicken pieces, cubed.Recipe
Whisk together water, wine and soup until blended. Combine remaining ingredients in crockpot.Pour soup mixture over all; stir. Cover; cook on Low for 5 to 6 hours.
