1 cup frozen whole kernel corn*
    1 cup sliced carrot
1 medium onion, cut into thin wedges
2 tsp instant beef bouillon granules
    2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp dried oregano, crushed

    3. Cover and cook on LOW for 10 to 12 hours or on HIGH setting for 5 to 6 hours or until meat and vegetables are tender. Discard bay leaf. Ladle into bowls. Makes 4 to 6 servings.

NOTE: If you like, substitute 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables for the beans and corn.
