    List of Ingredients




    3-5 lb pork roast (what ever fits in the crock pot)
    1/4 C Soy Sauce more or less the taste
    1/4 C Worcestershire sauce more or less to taste
    1 12 oz. can Pepsi
    salt (opt) and pepper

    Recipe



    Rub roast with salt and pepper and place in crock pot, add liquid. Cook on high 2 1/2 to 3 hours or low 4 hours or until internal temp is 170. Remove done roast and add flour to remaining liquid a little at a time to make gravy.

    Add a package of frozen baby carrots or potato cubes about half way through the cooking time. This shift dinner goes together in about 10 minutes at lunch time. Plenty to feed the entire crew and then some. (Never eat more than a mask full).
