    List of Ingredients




    1/2 c Mayoniase, homemade is best
    6 Eggs, hardboiled & chopped
    1 Garlic clove minced
    1/3 c Sour cream or plain yogurt
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 tbsp Pimiento chopped for garnish
    2 tbsp Scallion tops finely chopped
    1/4 tsp Hot mustard

    Recipe



    Mix the sour cream/yogurt, mayonaise, salt, & garlic together. Add the egg then the other ingredients and mix well. Garnish with the pimiento. Serves 4
