    CHRISTMAS: Peppermint Crunch Candy

    List of Ingredients

    2 lb white chocolate (Ghirardelli's is good)
    1 lb peppermint chips (or a bag of candy canes, smashed)

    Recipe

    Melt white chocolate in a double boiler or in microwave in a large glass bowl. Stir in peppermint chips. Spread on waxed paper and let stand until firm. Break into pieces and store in airtight container.
