    Pumpkin Spice Mix

    4 tsp ground cinnamon
    2 tsp ground ginger
    1 tsp allspice
    1 tsp nutmeg

    Recipe

    Mix all spice ingredients in a bowl. Store in an airtight container.

    TIP: Keep and wash an empty spice container with a shaker top. Mark a label with Pumpkin Spice and place on container. Makes 8 teaspoons of Pumpkin Spice.

    NOTE: After you have used this recipe a couple of times, you can vary it to suit your taste.
