List of Ingredients
18 sesame-flavored Melba toasts
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon ground ginger
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 tablespoon ground red pepper
Recipe
Place Melba toasts in food processor & process until finely crushed. Combine crushed Melba toasts & remaining ingredients in a Ziploc heavy-duty plastic bag. Seal bag & shake well to mix. Store in bag until ready to use. Makes 1 cup seasoning mix.
