    5 cups cooked orzo (about 2 1/2 cups uncooked) hot
    1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
    2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
    1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh oregano
    1/8 teaspoon pepper

    Recipe



    Combine all the ingredients together in a large bowl, and stir well. Serves 5-6
