    List of Ingredients




    1 pie crust (9 inch) baked and cooled
    1 quart fresh strawberries, washed, capped, and sliced
    1 box strawberry gelatin powder (3 oz box) Jell-O
    1/2 cup sugar
    3 tablespoons cornstarch
    1 cup cold water
    Cool Whip®, optional (or whipped cream)

    Recipe



    Mix sugar, cornstarch, and water together in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, and cook until thickened. Add jello and stir well. Place berries in a large bowl. Pour the cornstarch/jello mixture over them and stir to coat. Pour all into the pie crust and use a spatula to get all the jello mixture out of the bowl. Chill for several hours. Slice and top with cool whip or whipped cream. Store leftovers in the fridge.

    Raspberries; raspberry jello
