Sugar Free Pecan Pie

1 cup honey
3 eggs
1 cup Splenda
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/4 cup pecans
One 9" deep crust pie crust
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl combine the honey, eggs, Splenda, butter and vanilla until well blended. Stir in pecans and pour into deep dish pie shell. Bake for 50-55 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let cool; Top with Cool Whip Lite if desired. Serves 6-8
