    2 cups cooked chicken from 1 whole rotisserie chicken
    1 tsp cumin
    1 cup chunky salsa
    1 (12") or 4 (6") packaged pizza shells
    1 can (15 oz) no-salt-added black beans, rinsed and drained
    3/4 cup shredded, reduced-fat sharp cheddar cheese
    1/2 cup green onions, thinly sliced
    1/4 cup nonfat sour cream (optional)

    Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

    Skin and shred the chicken. If you get more than 2 cups, reserve extra for another use. Transfer 2 cups of chicken to a bowl, sprinkle with cumin; toss well.

    Spread salsa over pizza shells, then layer on the chicken and the beans. Sprinkle cheese over all.

    Place pizza on baking stone or pizza pan. Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese melts and crust is golden. Sprinkle with green onions. Top each pizza with sour cream if desired. Serves 4.
