Tuscan Chicken Pizza

Two 6" prebaked pizza crusts
1/4 cup cooked chicken, diced or shredded
1-2 tbsp fat-free Italian dressing
1/4 cup broccoli florets
4-6 tbsp light Alfredo sauce
2 tbsp chopped roasted red peppers
1/2 cup grated Italian cheese blend
Recipe
Heat oven to 400°F.
In a small bowl toss chicken with Italian dressing. Add broccoli, if desired. Set aside.
Spread 2-3 tablespoons sauce on each of the crusts. Top each with an equal amount of chicken, broccoli, red pepper and cheese.
Transfer crusts to a baking pan and bake for 6-10 minutes or until cheese is lightly brown and crust is heated through. Serves 4.
